My teaching is rooted in the Classical Pilates method — precise, challenging, and deeply connected to breath — but shaped by modern understanding. Bodies today move differently, and so should the way we train them. I take the timeless principles of the original work and adapt them with care, drawing on current research and what I see working with real bodies every day. The result is movement that feels both grounded in tradition and entirely relevant to you.

Not at all. I work with complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Each session is tailored to your current level and goals.
Just a mat to start. Optional: light weights, ankle weights (1kg), a Pilates ball, a Pilates ring. I’ll recommend specific equipment based on your goals that you can purchase online, if you would like to.

Private sessions take place at a boutique studio in Central London — a 2 minute walk from Baker Street station. The exact address is shared upon booking confirmation.
